KYC Policy of Saudi Casino's KYC and AML Guidelines

Saudi Casino’s KYC and AML Guidelines

When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2,000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount, they must complete a full KYC (Know Your Customer) process.

KYC Process Requirements

To complete the KYC process, users must provide the following:

  1. Proof of ID:

    • A government-issued photo ID (front and back may be required in some cases).
    • A selfie holding the ID document.
    • The ID must have a visible signature, match the user’s full name, not expire within 3 months, and show the user is over 18 years old.
    • The ID must not be from a restricted country (e.g., United States, France, Netherlands, Australia, Austria, United Kingdom, Spain).
  2. Proof of Residence:

    • A recent (within the last 3 months) bank statement or utility bill.
    • The document must be from a non-restricted country and match the user’s full name on the ID.
  3. Selfie with ID:

    • The selfie should clearly show the user holding the ID provided in step 1.
    • Ensure the photo and ID number match the provided ID document.

Once the documents are submitted, the user will receive a “Temporarily Approved” status, allowing them to use the platform normally with some restrictions:

  • They cannot deposit more than EUR 500 in aggregate total.
  • They cannot complete any withdrawals.

Our KYC team will review the documents within 24 hours and inform the user of the outcome:

  • Approval: The user’s account will be fully approved, allowing unrestricted use of the platform.
  • Rejection: The user will be notified of the reason for rejection.
  • More Information Needed: The user may need to provide additional documents or information.

Additional AML Measures

  1. Deposit and Withdrawal Restrictions:

    • Users who have not passed full KYC cannot make additional deposits or withdrawals.
    • Users who pass the KYC process may make deposits of up to EUR 2,000 per transaction. Withdrawals require a detailed algorithmic and manual check to ensure the funds result from legitimate activity.
  2. No Direct Transfers:

    • Under no circumstances may a user transfer funds directly to another user.

If the KYC process is unsuccessful, the reason will be documented and a support ticket will be created. The user will receive the ticket number along with an explanation.

Upon successful completion of the KYC process, the account will be approved, and the user will have full access to the platform
